Chef de Parti Restaurant VANE

As Chef de Partie you coordinate and arrange the execution of the activities in the various departments of the kitchen.
In addition, you support Carlo Chantrel with various activities such as preparing your mise & place for your own party in the kitchen, and developing dishes in the menu in detail.

Who are we?
Passion and ambition are characteristic of VANE's kitchen. Under the leadership of Chef Carlo Chantrel, the brigade serves a varying menu. Ingredients are purchased as locally as possible and some vegetables and herbs are harvested in the roof garden of the accompanying NH Collection Eindhoven Center.
NH Collection Eindhoven Center is the fourth hotel in the Netherlands to operate under the upper-upscale brand of Minor Europe & Americas. In the autumn of 2018, NH Collection Eindhoven Center was awarded 5 stars, making it the only 5 star hotel in the region! We are proud of it!
The hotel is located in the center of Eindhoven and has a panoramic restaurant, VANE, on the thirteenth floor and a rooftop bar with a partially covered terrace on the top floor. With over 340m2 of meeting and event space, spread over five rooms, the hotel is also perfectly suited for organizing conferences, events and meetings.
In addition, the hotel is part of Minor Europe & Americas; a chain that is characterized as “young-minded” and with countless career opportunities!

Who are you?
You are a chef through and through and you have several years of experience in the kitchen of restaurants or hotels at a high culinary level. You are a team player with communication skills and a passion for delivering a great experience for guests.

You have previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment and you are ready for the next step in your career. You feel at home in the kitchen and can't wait to show your talents in all areas of the kitchen.
